A marvellous and sizable (76mm long) antique American double tassel brooch, and/or pendant, crafted in 14ct two-tone rose and yellow gold. A European cut diamond equating 0.05ct is framed by leaves and elaborate, quintessential Victorian and classical ornamentation. Two natural seed pearls and inlaid tracery enamel decorate this lovely pendant brooch. A pair of all-intact beautiful matching tassels swing and sway below. An exceptional antique jewel, circa 1880s.
