www.keshett.com.au is owned and operated by Keshett Jewellery. The Website is operated by Belgium diamond cutters Ltd (ABN 99 005 189 480). When you are purchasing any item on www.keshett.com.au or other use of the content on www.keshett.com.au site shall be deemed to be your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

Any content featured on www.keshett.com.au may not be copied on to other websites or be used in other works without written permission from Keshett Jewellery.

We reserve the right to alter and change the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon publication on the website. It will be your responsibility to be aware of the changes of the Terms and Conditions for any continued use of the website.

Errors and omissions on the website are accepted. We reserve the right to change content and pricing at any time. At our discretion, we may refuse or cancel any purchase placed for an item with an incorrect price or description. Although we endeavour to keep our website up to date regarding availability of stock, we cannot guarantee that the product advertised is always available. If we cannot supply your purchase, you will be contacted immediately to offer a refund.

Content and images contained on the website is believed to be accurate. Products may appear larger or smaller than the published size, depending on your device used.

The content of third party links shown on our website is beyond our control. We will not be held liable, in any way, for any loss or damage arising from your use of these websites.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST.

Shipping

Keshett Jewellery offer the following delivery options:

  • Standard shipping through Australian Based Couriers
  • Standard international shipping through Couriers for all orders over $250.00.
  • Pick up at Store
  • Concierge Service

 All orders are processed Monday through to Friday.

Returns & Exchange Policy

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and there are a number of options available for you to return or exchange your item.
  • We will happily exchange an item for a different size within 14 days of receiving the item, or store credit may apply.
  • Please note, size exchanges for gold and silver rings may incur a fee.
  • Postage to send an item back for an exchange will be at the customer’s own expense.
  • For exchange, goods must be in original condition with no damage, scratches or signs of wear. All packaging and certificates must be returned and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, please note that earrings cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Exchanges and refunds will also not be given on any discounted designs or custom/bespoke items purchased.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit unless deemed faulty by our team.
  • Refunds will not be accepted simply for change of mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team at enquiries@keshett.com.au for any questions you may have before making a purchase.
  • All Keshett's items come with a six-month warranty from the purchase date, covering all manufacturing faults. Proof of purchase must be provided. Please note, this warranty will be voided if repaired/altered in any way by another jeweller.
  • In the rare case of faulty items, a refund can be given upon inspection of the item (conducted by our jewellers), and at the discretion of our team.
  • Manufacturing faults do not include: damage or wear and tear, oxidised or fading plating, broken or tangling chain, cracked or broken stones or pearls, or bending of rings or earrings.
  • In order to maintain your jewellery in great condition, we recommend following our care instructions and having your jewellery serviced annually by us.

Return Policy

  • Please email enquiries@keshett.com.au for your return authorisation and instructions for the items you wish to return.
  • You may also return the item to our Stores located in either Little Collins Street or Collins Street by appointment. Click here for contact details.
  • Once returned, the item/s will be inspected by our in-house jewellers before a credit or refund is applied. You will be notified by email of the transaction.
  • If the items are found to be worn, scratched, altered or damaged no credit note or refund will be issued, and the items will be returned to the original delivery address.
  • Keshett Jewellery will provide a solution on any major or minor faults assessed in the form of repair, refund or exchange.

Discounts & Offers

  • We generally do not discount our products, as they are crafted to order.
  • If we do offer a discount or sale promotion, we will advise customers via our newsletter and social media channels.
  • We recommend signing up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page, and following our social media accounts to ensure you receive regular updates in regard to new products and promotions.
  • Please note that any upcoming discount offers or vouchers are not applicable on purchases under $1000 or outstanding lay-by or repairs.
