Placing an order with Keshett is both secure and easy. Simply browse products you are interested in under the engagement ring, wedding ring, contemporary jewellery or vintage & antique jewellery menus and click the "Add to Bag" option for your selection. Repeat this process with all the items you would like to purchase. Once you have added your desired items, click on the shopping bag icon at the top right of your screen. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. You will be able to review all details of your order before confirming it at the end of the checkout process.

All purchases through the webite will arrive in the Keshett signature black box with orange satin ribbon.

It is possible to personalise your gift with a complimentary message by selecting the box "include a message" located during the delivery stage of the checkout process, and entering your message.

GST will be deducted from the listed price for international shipments. Please bear in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes and/or duties that are imposed by the country of import.

All purchases made through keshett.com.au are shipped within Australia free of charge using E Parcel Express – a service provided by Australia Post. Delivery within Australia is expected within 3 business days of the order being dispatched. Please note that items ordered together may not always be shipped together. If your order requires more than one shipment, you will be notified and tracking numbers will be supplied for the multiple packages. It may be possible to arrange same day/next day and Saturday delivery by request through our Personal Shopper. This service is subject to confirmation and depends on the shipping location, the day and time of your order confirmation. An additional cost will apply.

All purchases made through Keshett are shipped within Australia for a fee of $50. Delivery within Australia is expected within 3 business days of the order being dispatched.

All purchases shipped internationaly are shipped via FedEx or DHL. Shipping takes approximately 1-2 weeks to these locations.

Keshett will insure jewellery purchased on Keshett.com.au up to the point of delivery. Items being returned to Keshett.com.au for exchange or refund, repair or servicing will not be insured by Keshett. Items will only be insured by Keshett in cases where the item is being returned due to a fault by Keshett.

To exchange an item purchased online, please contact a Keshett store directly.

To receive a refund for items purchased at Keshett.com.au, please contact a Keshett store. Items for refund need to be returned to the provided address, in a saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt and all original packaging (including any certificates supplied). Costs related to return shipments will be at your own expense, unless return shipment is due to a fault on behalf of Keshett.

Tip #1- Know Your Jewellery Type

Be certain what type of metal you are cleaning, and know what type of gemstone you have. For instance, if your jewellery is solid gold or silver it can be cleaned easily with one of the many tips below. If you have plated jewellery that is not silver or gold underneath, you should only use a mild dish soap to prevent damage to the thin layer of plating.

Certain stones can also be sensitive to cleaners and solutions like ammonia can damage some stones. Soft stones such as pearl, coral, turquoise or amber, should not be soaked in a cleaning solution of any kind. Wipe with a soft cloth for cleaning. What can you use? Read on.

Tip #2 – How to Clean Silver or Gold Jewellery

Be gentle and start simple. Try first by using a gentle soap like Dawn or Fairy dish washing liquid and water.They are safer and don’t have added chemicals that can harm jewellery. Soak and rinse. Rub with a jewellery cleaner cloth or soft cloth. If you need something stronger, check our tips below.

Tip #3 – How to Clean Diamond Jewellery

You can use ¼ cup of ammonia and one cup of warm water, allowing the jewellery to soak for 20 minutes. Brush lightly with an old soft toothbrush if there is attached dirt or grime. Rub gently with a soft cloth to create a sparkling shine.

Tip #4 – Deeper Cleaning

For those tough things that tend to cling to our rings and other jewellery such as dirt and lotions, use 1/2 cup vinegar and 2 tablespoons baking soda & soak for 30 minutes to 3 hours- rinse and dry with a jewellery cleaner cloth or soft cloth. Vinegar can damage some metals so use cautiously.

Tip #5 – How to Clean Tarnished Jewellery

Make a gentle paste of baking soda and water drops. Wet your tarnished jewellery and use a soft jewellery cleaning cloth to apply the paste, rubbing gently. Use a clean spot on the cloth as the tarnish is lifted and rinse with warm water. Dry immediately.

Tip #6 – Cleaning Your Engagement Ring

If gentle soap and water doesn’t get your ring sparkling clean, soak your diamond ring for 10 minutes in a small amount of glass cleaner and warm water. This will loosen up anything that is sticking to your ring. You can also use hydrogen peroxide and water to kill bacteria. Rinse very thoroughly and use a baby toothbrush to remove any stubborn residue.

Tip #7- See Your Jeweller

Our precious jewellery should have special care to keep it looking its best. Jewellers have ultrasonic cleaners that can clean most necklaces, rings and other pieces. This keeps your gold, silver and diamond jewellery staying beautiful. They can also tell you more about properly caring for your porous stones such as pearls.

Keeping your jewellery clean is important for it to last forever and look brand new. When there is buildup from daily wear, it can loosen the prongs holding your stones. Remove your jewellery when bathing or swimming to protect it from buildup from soaps, dangerous cleaners and from bleachy water. Clean it properly and regularly to keep it in good shape so that it lasts a lifetime.
